Brodie Reynolds, Associate Director of Admissions at McCombs School of Business, announced essays for 2014-15 i.e. Class of 2017. While at first glance it may seem like the school has reduced its essays, the school has only consolidated two essays into one. Therefore, what used to be Essay #2 and Essay #3 is now Essay #2. Effectively, the school has maintained its total required word count of 750 words. At Crack The MBA, we laud the consolidation and believe it could enable candidates to tell a more compelling narrative.
