Fill out our initial consultation form. We’ll allocate a 15-minute Zoom slot—subject to availability close to deadlines.
We do our best, but slots around deadlines are limited. Early application improves your chances of securing a session.
We’ll request background information via email to make the live consultation maximally effective. Please fill out as much as you can in advance.
Early birds start 12–24 months ahead, but 6–9 months is ideal. If you’re closer to deadlines, our hourly model offers flexibility.
Each client works directly with Nupur Gupta—no middlemen. You get 1:1 time across calls, emails, and video sessions scheduled in advance.
- Synchronous: Zoom calls scheduled 2+ days ahead
- Asynchronous: Email threads for drafts and feedback
We work from Monday to Friday (10:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST) and Saturday (10:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST). We do not work on Sunday. Please contact us for our current holiday schedule.
We’ll miss those planned iterations, but we’ll reschedule as best as possible. Timely submission on your end keeps us on track.
Engagements are tied to your application cycle and schedule. They can’t be carried forward to subsequent years except by approved deferral.
Submit a medical or emergency request with documentation *before* you miss a deliverable. Approved cases follow next year’s terms & fees.
We accept bank transfers; allow 24–48 hrs to add us as payee per RBI guidelines. Setting up our account early reduces delays.
We’re AIGAC members. We guide you but never write essays for you—that would violate school codes of ethics.
